1 Pkg Moran's® Meatloaf Seasoning
1 Lb Moran's® Ground Beef

For Broth:
1 Each Can of Beef Broth
1 Each Small Jar of Worcestershire Sauce

For Black Bean Salad:
1 Each Can of Black Beans
1 Pkg Frozen White Corn
2 Tbsp Small Red Onion, sliced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, or Green), diced
1 Tbsp Cumin
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1/2 Cup Scallions, diced 

1 Pkg Provolone or Swiss Cheese, sliced
8 Each Slices of French Bread or Sandwich Bread
2 Each Red Onions, sliced

Mix together well and shape into 4 oval shaped patties to fit on a sandwich-sized French bread. Grill or sauté to desired temperature. Sauté the sliced red onion with oil in a skillet on high heat for 10 minutes or until onions are browned. Warm the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce just before serving.

Spread a tablespoon of honey mustard on one side of the bread. Place the meat, then the onions then the cheese on top of the meat. Place cover with the other bun. Then Dip!

Black Bean Salad:
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
