1/2 Mango, sliced
1 Tbsp Granola (Recipe follows)

1 Cup Molasses
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Honey
5 Lbs Granola, (approx. if using wet, use more granola)
1 Cup Pecans
1 Cup Walnuts
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Banana Chips
1 Cup Dried Cherries

3 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Honey
3/4 Cup Whipped Heavy Cream
Dendrodium Orchid, for garnish

Mango Banana Breakfast Sundae

Place sliced bananas on the bottom of a bowl. Add cottage cheese in middle. Top with mango slices. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. granola and drizzle dressing over sundae. Garnish with fresh dendrodium orchid.

Mix the granola, nuts and wet ingredients by hand. Bake at 225° F until lightly toasted or dry. Cool and then add the chips, cherries, and raisins.

Serve with dressing by blending 3 oz cream cheese, limejuice, honey, and whip cream.
