3 Each Mangos, peeled and chopped
2 Each Yellow Onions, chopped
1/2 of a Red Pepper, chopped
1 Tspn Ginger, chopped 
1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
1 Each Celery Root, peeled and chopped
Lime Juice
2 Cups Fish Stock
3 Cups Water
3 Each Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cube of Butter
7 Oz Salmon Fillet
Salt and White Pepper, to taste

Grilled Salmon with Mango Ginger Sauce

Season fish with salt and pepper and grill over lightly oiled grill over medium heat until cooked to your liking. Sweat onions, ginger, and garlic in butter till translucent.  Add mangos, celery root bell peppers, and limejuice, cook for 5 minutes. Add fish stock and water.  Bring to a boil and cook until all ingredients are cooked through.  Blend in blender, warm, until smooth. (Make sure to leave the blender lid cracked open a bit to prevent the heated mixture from exploding.) Plate fish and drizzle with sauce. Serve with rice or freshly diced tomatoes and sliced mangos. Finish with cilantro. Season to taste.
