1 Each (20-Oz) Rib Eye "Cowboy Cut" Steak
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Roasted Garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 Cup Avocado, crushed
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Place steak on the grill and while it cooks, add salt, pepper and olive oil for flavor. Grill evenly on each side for about 12-16 minutes, depending on how you like your meat cooked. Combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and crushed avocado and mix thoroughly. Serve with cooked steak.
